Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- European Union: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@cloudystride.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
