Refund policy
At Cloudy Stride, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@cloudystride.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@cloudystride.com and we'll do our best to help.
No Final Sale Items All items in our store are eligible for return under the conditions above — we don't designate any products as final sale.
